A Babylonian prayer circa mid 16th century.

"Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, bless the bed that I lie on.  Before I lay me down to sleep, I give my soul to Christ to keep.

Four corners to my bed, four angels there aspread, two to foot and two to head and four to carry me when I'm dead.

The Lord made me with his right hand."

Anian is a Welsh word, meaning nature, natural order, natural morality, creation and the natural world.

The older form of Anian is Enion, meaning anvil, from the Latin Annianus.  It is governed by Uranus, associated with the cosmic number 9 and pronounced ANyan.

Marcus Polo in describing a short cut to the mystic land of Cathay leading to the Chinese Empire, named the new strait Anian in chapter 5 book 3 of his travels   It was considered the backside of America and lay between Alaska and California on the American continent.  To the north of China and Japan, it separated Asia from America.

Carlos Castaneda connects New Spain and China in 1565.

The northern entrance to ANyan Straits in the west sea, was described in Spanish navigator Ferrer Maldonado's voyage when sailing from Acapulco, as  Pillar Point, a high pinnacle of rock with 3 trees on top and a safe harbour for up to 50 galleons, with access to fresh water streams and game. This expedition in 1588 was to find a NE passage from the Pacific to the Atlantic on the northern edge of the American continent.

Mercator's map of 1569 placed the kingdom of ANyan on the American side of the strait on the coast of eastern Asia thought a gateway to the south sea.  The Ania province of Kinsai or Quinsai and port of Zaitun originally divided Asia from the new world.
